Cold-Chain Safeguards
Temperature-sensitive medication is dispatched using validated thermal insulated wool packaging and coolant packs to remain between 2°C and 8°C during transit.
Discreet Outer Packaging
Orders arrive in unbranded, plain outer boxes with no reference to the pharmacy name, weight management treatments, or internal contents.
Tracked & Signed Delivery
Every dispatch uses fully tracked Royal Mail or DPD delivery with mandatory signature or age verification options to guarantee secure hand-off.
Prescription Approval & Dispatch Timeline
Orders undergo clinical assessment before fulfillment. Approval takes up to 24 hours on working days. Once your prescription is approved by our clinical team, your medication is prepared for same-day or next-working-day dispatch.

Dispatch Schedule & Weekend Delivery
To avoid cold-chain packages sitting in courier depots over weekends, temperature-sensitive items are dispatched Monday through Thursday. Orders approved on Friday or over the weekend dispatch on the following Monday morning.
Signature Requirements & Missed Deliveries
Prescription medicines cannot be left unattended in an unsecure safe place. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the package from your local sorting office.
Important Note: Cold-chain packaging keeps medication within the necessary temperature range for up to 48 hours after dispatch. Please collect or reschedule missed deliveries immediately to avoid product compromise.
Address Errors & Redirection
Ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout. Once a prescription dispatch label is generated, we cannot alter the address in transit. Medical Weight Pharmacy takes no responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information provided during checkout.
